They will spend an hour exploring the knees, as this month's educaitonal topic is, "Awareness of Knees: Sensing Opening and Closing."

About Paul Gould
For more than 20 years, Paul has practiced, studied and taught yoga, movement and meditation. His focus is on a heartfelt alignment with nature, and experiencing yoga as a way to transform one's body and life. An Anusara-inspired™ teacher, he incorporates Anusara’s therapeutic Universal Principles of Alignment™, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, his extensive background and experience in Iyengar Yoga, and Brad Bartenen’s strength training with the awareness practice of Zen Buddhist philosophy.
He loves introducing beginners to yoga, and helping experienced students and teachers take their practices and skills to the next level. He had several prior professional careers and holds degrees in economics and fitness training. He has been teaching yoga programs geared specifically for men for more than 12 years and initially helped create the Back Care program at Rancho La Puerta. He was among the first certified Nia teachers and is an avid student and practitioner of Zen Buddhist meditation.
With his wife and partner, Jenni Fox, he owns NamaStay™ Retreat in Santa Cruz County and NamaStay Adventures, offering workshops and retreats worldwide.
