Debbie Rosas, co-founder of one of the largest mind-body practices in the world, embarks on European tour to teach the Nia Technique Internationally


Portland, OR – Wednesday, June 30, 2010 – Debbie Rosas of the Nia Technique – an international movement and lifestyle practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness – is traveling to Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Hamburg, Budapest, Paris and Rome to teach a series of Nia classes and workshops in July, 2010.

“After 26 years, I’m still thrilled to share Nia with people around the world. I marvel at how healthy and beautiful I feel, at the age of 60, from dancing in conscious, loving and creative ways,” says Debbie.

From July 2 – 3rd, Debbie will be in London, UK teaching at InterChange Studios. Then from July 10 – 11th, she will be in Hamburg, Germany at Kyodo Dojo. Her next stop is in Budapest, Hungary on July 13th at Montevideo Wellness. Debbie’s final two destinations – Paris, France and Rome, Italy – will cap off her European tour. She will be teaching in Paris at the American Church in Paris on July 17th and in Rome at the IALS on July 22nd.
