Focus and Intent: The focus of Vibe is posture. The intent is to activate “the dancer within.”

This routine invites you to feel your posture in the present moment to tap into your unique grace, elegance and power. The choreography uses a variety of hand techniques, which guide the body with precision yet allow for movement freedom. Let your inner dancer out to play, and learn to follow Your Body's Way.
