"I’m inspired every day by my students, and it feels good to see the impact the classes have in their lives."

A retired economics professor, Mary Huff Stevenson, shares how Nia Technique set the course for her postretirement job. She discusses how she was unhealthy and bored, and dropped into a Nia Technique class, which set the course for her life after the univeristy. She loves that she is able to continue teaching, help her students see positive results, and also give back to the community through offering free classes to older adults.
