The focus is “Unity and Self Healing,” with the intent being to sense wholeness and to use every move to feel better.

RISE is an eclectic routine with a mix of Nia moves and music inspired by world fusion blending funk, jazz, hip hop and harmonic vocalization. It inspires you to use feel-good sensations and the four H’s: head, hands, heart and Hara. It gently expresses the beauty and power of movement.
