The NiaTV 7-Day Body-Mind Wellness Program is the third installment in our wellness program series. The focus of our newest program is on the sensation of relaxation, which in Nia we refer to as “dynamic ease,” the ability to perform a movement with maximum efficiency and minimal effort. The intent of the program is to help you de-stress, center, and calm your nervous system.

Geared towards supporting those dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other stress-related conditions, this program utilizes mindful movement, body knowledge, and restorative methods to deliver relaxation and self-healing to the body and mind. Incorporate simple, pleasurable movements, meditations, and relaxation techniques into your daily routine in order to increase feelings of comfort and pleasure.

Our wellness program series uses the method of the “Body’s Way,” which is a method of using the body according to its inherent design and function, to bring about holistic self-healing and sensations of feeling and moving better. These wellness programs are based on the belief: the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with your body.
