The main thing is what Nia giving us the fact that we find Happyness through our movements. If we are Happy - we can do anything! Therefore we need to Recognize and then Sense what is Harmony. This PlayShop will help in this case with Drum/Koshi, lot of Dance and Playful Exercises. Also we could learn how to integrate in our every day life.
