Intro to the Nia 52 Moves class format, a fabulous workout, introducing 4 levels of conditioning, aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive and voluntary.
Why we choose 4 levels of conditioning? Because it teaches us how to make the changes we desire.
It’s going to teach you how to use sensation, the voice of the body, with repetitive action and moments of rest to invigorate cardio-vascular health, stimulate weight loss, build muscle strength, improve bone density, create sustainability and achieve great movement skill. These are the moves that support your body for LIFE, conditioning for Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Strength & Stability!
This introduction to the Nia's 52 Moves is a mini-boot camp, a 30-min class (1-hour classes to begin Jan 8).
52 moves, 7-cycle class format, 9 movement forms, 4 levels of conditioning, guided by sensation. Whether you just want to have fun sweating off winter pounds while moving to inspiring music or make a commitment to the long-term health of your body, mind, emotion & spirit, this class is for YOU.
