WEDNESDAYS IN NOVEMBER:  5:30-6:30 pm


Learn how to apply interval training in a Nia context through Joy of Movement. Research shows high intensity interval training markedly improves health in people over 40. This is a safe and fun class for folks of all levels of experience and fitness with physical therpaist and Nia black belt Rachael Resch.

Rachael R. Resch is a Nia Black Belt, physical therapist and embodied prayer leader at Havurah Shir Hadash. She has studied mythopoetics, somatics, energetics and the arts with Robert Bly, Joseph Campbell, Coleman Barks, Michael Meade, Martín Prechtel, Rabbi Aryeh Hirsch eld, Stephen Victor and Paul and Patty Richards. She is the owner of Synergy Physical Therapy & Movement Arts in Ashland, Oregon.
