Join us for two special Nia classes nested within The Body's Way training, Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 pm
Saturday we'll explore The Body's Way Principle #1: The Body Thrives on Dynamic Ease. Dynamic ease heals and conditions the body so we can thrive in our bodies and in our lives. Dynamic ease in physics is called the Principle of Least Action, which says Nature always finds the most efficient course from one point to another.
The Principle of Least Action is the foundation of all physics, which makes it a foundation of all science, making Dynamic Ease the root principle of the Universe.
Sunday we'll delve into The Body's Way Principle #5: The Body Itself Reveals The Body's Way: Reinhabiting Your Animal Body.
