MELT Intro to Hand and Foot Techniques:
If you have just a few minutes a day to help yourself look good and feel fantastic, this simple self-treatment is for you! Using small MELT balls, you will learn easy techniques that you can do at home to maintain optimum stability, mobility, and balance. While MELT Hand and Foot Techniques are applied to the hands and feet, the techniques address our whole body system. Participants will be either barefoot or wearing socks, and all techniques can be performed while standing or sitting.
As a Nia instructor, my feet ask for MELT Foot Techniques daily!
Includes MELT Facelift Techniques (as seen on The Rachael Ray Show): you will also learn how to stimulate cells that produce collagen in your skin, while restoring the skin's natural hydration from the inside out.
Participants will be barefoot or wearing sock for this workshop, and all tech.niques can be performed while sitting or standing
