Accommodation is additional. There is a range of comfortable and affordable accommodation options at Tauhara Centre ranging from camping to private cottages. Guests are also welcome to stay in Taupo itself and join us at Tauhara each day.

Prices for Tauhara are inclusive for all 4 nights of the retreat:

Shared Bunkroom: $155 shared bathroom ($38 per night)

Shared Cottage: $235 ensuite bathroom  ($58 per night)

Private Cottage: $295 ensuite bathroom ($74 per night)

Camping: $80 shared bathroom ($20 per night)

Caravan/campervan $100 powered site ($25 per night)

Up to 1 month prior – 50% refund
2 weeks – start date – 25% refund
No show - no refund

Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of majestic Lake Taupo New Zealand to explore Pathways to Peace. Join Rebecca Kelly and  Virginia Woods for a deeply nourishing and renewing retreat experience over the Spring Equinox weekend.

You will be lovingly held and guided to awaken your innate body wisdom through a variety of conscious embodiment practices - daily Nia classes, Mindful Movement Sessions, Nia Playshops, Meditation, Somatic Enquiry and Nia 5 Stages. You will receive gentle yet powerful tools to move through your life from a place of Clarity, Strength and Deep Peace.

Each day we will explore a place of stunning natural beauty to deepen your connection to yourself and the Earth. Soak in the thermal waters of Wairakei Terraces, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Taupo, experience a meditative walk through Craters of the Moon National Park and the spectacular Huka Falls.

Beginners welcome. No prior Nia experience is necessary

Includes: Full retreat program, delicious organic vegetarian meals and all external excursions to Wairakei Terraces Thermal Baths, Lake Taupo Cruise, Huka Falls walk and Craters of the Moon National Park.

The Tauhara Centre is a spiritual and educational centre founded upon bringing people together to explore different pathways to Healing, Oneness and Peace. Situated on a gentle hillside and surrounded by forest and mountains, Tauhara has beautiful spacious grounds, delicious food and stunning views of Lake Taupo.

Your Facilitators:

Rebecca Kelly is a Nia Black Belt, Energy Alignment Guide and conscious movement facilitator who has dedicated her life to the study of embodiment, vibrational healing and Movement as Medicine. She invites Every Body to connect to their inner power, intuition and innate body wisdom. An experienced facilitator of retreats, events and workshops, Rebecca offers weekly Nia classes in Northern NSW and works one on one with women, offering tools for deep self healing and soul guidance.

Virginia Woods has devoted her life to finding connection to spirit and earth through spiritual seeking, dance, shamanism, and understanding the human condition. She is a Nia Brown Belt with over 40 years of professional experience as a psychologist and dance-movement specialist. Virginia brings expertise and a holistic approach to the integration of body, mind, and spirit through somatic processes of body awareness, dance, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
