Laura has a range of credential in Fitness Technology with Group Exercise Leadership, and she is particularly skilled with designing and delivering programs that feature laugher as a major enhancer of well-being. Her passion for and dedication to spreading accessibility to laughter as an exercise is strengthened by her unique background in physical theater arts. Having fun comes naturally to her, and she loves everything about Nia!
