Language of Nia's 52 Moves + FreeDance Your Body's Way of movement in form and freedom. Dance into the 5 Sensations of Nia - Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Strength (FAMSS) - using your three body weights: pelvis, chest and head. 55 minutes.

Nia Class - Move, Explore and Dance through your Body·Mind·Emotion·Spirit, moving from your center, your core.
