Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient and vital Chinese martial art that combines fluid movements of the upper and lower body to produce a subtle and powerful full-body exercise. Each part of the body is in constant motion and the mind is tranquil and alert. Regular practice of Tai Chi Chuan enables you to develop coordination, strength and flexibility, reduce stress and promote inner strength. For more information see: www.bodyenergetic.com
