WINTER 2012:

Sundays (10 - 11 am) and Tuesdays (7:30 - 8:30 pm)

Please register early.
If the program does not meet the minimum registration numbers it will be cancelled after the registration closing date. Please register prior to closing date to avoid disappointment for all. Registrations will still be accepted after the closing date providing spaces are available.

1 class per week per session - $12.00 per class ($96 for the program)

2 classes per week per session - $11.00 per class ($176 for the program)

For those individuals who cannot commit to a full session of classes, we now offers a 5 or 10 class pass. The pass gives you the opportunity to attend any class that we offer at the Aurora location during the program length. The fee for the 5 class pass is $75.00 or the 10 class pass is $150.00. One pass per person per program session.

Refund policy: We are working hard to adhere to our scheduled classes, workshops and events. Refunds will be given when classes, workshop and events have been cancelled by the organizer/instructor and no make-up session has been offered. If a registration will be cancelled by the participant, a credit will be given that can be applied to other services offered by the instructor/organizer.

Classic Nia

Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness.

It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Nia draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Stiff beginners and highly fit athletes, juniors and seniors alike can adapt Nia to meet their needs by choosing from three intensity levels.

Please bring a towel, soft soled shoes, water and allow to arrive and relax 10-15 min before and after class.
