Classic Nia:
A one hour, whole body, barefoot work out to funky world music. Combining the energies of Martial Arts, Dance & Yoga, this mindful movement practice will encourage you to connect with sensation and move to feel good. It is uplifting, toning, strengthening and will develop your flexibility and mobility, and the stability of your joints. See more at or

Move I.T. : 
An exhilarating cardiovascular conditioning workout based on the science of interval training. Progressively move through all Nia Technique's 52 Moves and experience aerobic, reflexive, voluntary and metabolic conditioning.

Moving to Heal: 
A therapeutic group exercise class that supports people dealing with a range of issues, such as short or long term illnesses, recovery from injury, trauma, or addication, and depression. Increase energy and relaxation while learning to adapt movement to your health needs. It's an "I feel Better" experience.

Nia Foundations *Special 6 week Intro to Nia Program* : 
While designed to provide those New to Nia with an overview of the practice, and build knowledge of and confidence in performing the moves, this program is just as relevant to those who have been attending classes for a while, in order to deepen their practice and understanding of the philosophies behind what happens on the dancefloor. Each lesson contains an information session to discover some fundamentals of the Technique, followed by a Classic Nia class.
Lessons will cover topics such as:
~ The Nine Movement Forms incorporated into the Nia practice
~ Five sensations of Functional Fitness: Flexibility, Agility, Movility, Strength & Stability
~ Break down of the basic moves for the Base, Core and Upper Extremities of the body
~ The JOY of Movement
~ Nia’s 5 Stages of Self Healing
