Notes About This Class

Experience gentle, mindful, self-healing as you are guided through five simple moves that naturally realign your body for flexibility, strenghth, agility and ease. Based on the stages of human development – embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking. Renew, energize and consciously condition your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Adults who revisit these prmary patterns, move better, feel better and enhance energy flow from the ground up. Each class has a unique focus that includes the delivery of a somatic anatomy lesson to deepen your body knowledge. 

A  Nia 5 STAGES practice adds a fluid grace to movement, strengthens the entirer body and re-aligns the spine. Develop greater flexibility in rising up and down with ease. I have replaced chiropractic visits with a mindful, daily practice.
