Notes About This Class
Come have fun, get a great workout, and leave feeling limber and energized. Every body welcome - come even if you're feeling stiff or injured, and learn how to dance aches, pains, and stress away. I'm a Feldenkrais practitioner as well as a Nia teacher, and my emphasis in class is comfortably and playfully expanding what's possible for you. An hour of joyful movement does wonders for the body and soul.
