Notes About This Class
This class is a 40 minute Nia Express class, followed by 45 minutes of yoga. The focus of the Nia class and the yoga class changes each day, but generally, the Nia class focuses on physical sensation, and the yoga class is M: full-body stretch, T: Back Mitra, W: core, Th: hips, and F: restorative. The Nia portion of class is taught by black belt Nia instructor, Laura Haley. The yoga portion is taught by licensed yoga instructor, Lois Day.
