There is something universally profound about the power of symbol. The power of symbol brings meaning and life to the world around me. When I see a symbol I recognize, I immediately connect and pulse the intent of the symbol. I know that it is telling me something that words alone simply cannot intone.

As this NGT course is coming to a close, I feel grateful that this year has been filled with tremendous growth and learning. There is so much depth in Nia, and just when I think I know something, I learn something new and begin again. I am humbled by this last year, and a bit sad that the intensity is over. And yes, it was an intense year for me, my husband and my children.

The story line was about a crew of researchers that shrunk themselves down and journeyed into the human body.
