Adapt a Nia Routine

Where is it?

By Kevin VerEecke on August 17, 2012

As I worked on my adapted routine, I found myself confronted by old demons: will “they” like the music? Is it “fun”? As well as a continued struggle with creating a coherent and cohesive 7-cycle playlist.I started adapting Solar Dog from a desire to re-visit that routine and make it more current and usable.

Notes

I enjoyed the long process and I now love my routine. I filmed it three times - in Italian first, then in Eglish two times on the same day in July and I didn't send it away as I kept on looking at it and working out the chorography sheet. Watching at my own class is a great tool for me and I am going to do it oft.

I am grateful for the time spent on.

Notes

Wishing for another category for assessment , feeling that none of them quite matches my area of insecurity with the technology of completing the assignment. I've experienced set-backs in copying DVDs, filming, getting all music onto one format that will copy onto a CD.
