I am passionate about sharing all that Nia has to offer you.
The benefits of Nia are so vast and it’s a fun form of exercise that really does address the Body Mind and Soul!
I am sharing and teaching this practice because I want people to know that there is another way to exercise, another option to the gym!
If the thought of the gym puts you off come and give Nia a try! There really is another way to get the same results!
I am here teaching this for those of you that don’t want to dread going to your next class, but can get excited and transform your attitude to movement, Nia is the joy of movement and by attending class you really do get the tools to continue this awareness into your daily life.
Imagine turning up to a class where you can be mindful and connected to your body, where you can get a great cardiovascular workout and have fun, a class where if you are feeling stressed you can de-stress if you need to work out and challenge yourself you can do just that, or if you need to re-energize you can use class to do that too. Nia really is like magic and the only way the way to experience it is give it a try.
Nia will sneak up on you, make you feel better, eat better and sleep better it will naturally make you take care of yourself through you becoming more aware of your body and listening to all it tells you.
Ever felt like you won’t be able to keep up in class or that you wouldn't know your left from right and that you would be fighting feelings of humiliation in a group, or even that you are shy and nervous, ever thought that you are not very sporty but know that you need to have movement in your life then Nia is for you.
In Nia there is No judgement, we work with everyone’s natural time, we all have our own way and we honour that in Nia, that’s what makes it so special, it’s your body your way!
Do you often feel really busy and that you do not have enough time to relax and that you need some time to escape some time for yourself a space, to reconnect to yourself Nia gives you the space and opportunity to physically and mentally relax.
