Having tried almost every form of fitness there is to offer, I will testify that the moment I took my first Nia class I knew "This is it"!  "Finally"!!  Nia speaks and breathes to every pore of my body.  Nia allows me to feel beautiful as I embrace The Joy of Movement.  I have been teaching Nia since becoming certified as a White Belt in August of 2008.
