Started taking NIA classes in CA with excellent trainer and teacher Marquerite Close. Fell in love with the music, freedom and reverance of her classes. I trained with her and have been teaching in Charlotte NC, Fort Mill/Tega Cay and Rock Hill SC since my move to the Carolinas in 2005.
I teach because when I take my shoes off and hear the music, my heart flutters, and my body and spirit come alive!!
