The focus of Birth is the Three Planes of Movement (high, middle and low) with an emphasis on using the hands. The intent is to help you create a connection between your upper and lower body while achieving your desired level of conditioning.
Birth features choreography that supports both rhythmic isolation and systemic integration of the base, core and upper extremities. Learn to sense and cultivate flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability as you move to great rhythms, practice sounding, and blend form and freedom.
