Notes About This Event
Come and enjoy this Nia class where I will share the Let Me Hear Your Body Talk routine I recently debuted in Belgium. It combines a few songs from the Nia routine "Fly" with some specially choreographed songs designed to let your body talk with joy! The focus will be acessing your Conscious Personal Trainer with the intention of promoting self-healing. No prior Nia experience necessary and no need to pre-register. It will be great to dance again with my friends (and new friends!) at Studio 206.
A book signing will follow the class. (Nia class is 6 - 7 PM, Book signing will be from 7 - 8 PM.)
A certified black belt Nia instructor and certified Nia Five Stages of Self-Healing instructor, Susan Tate completed all of her trainings with Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas, co-creators of The Nia Technique.
