Notes About This Event
In a relaxed and fun way, learn the core movements for the Nia routine Fly while exploring the five sensations of fitness: strength, flexibility, stability, mobility and agility. Then bring the movements and sensations alive in a 1 hour Nia class.
A great workshop for new students wanting to learn the Nia basics and for experienced students wanting to accelerate the learning process. New students receive 2 free Nia classes at DanceWorks.
