Feeling clogged or stuck? It is time for spring cleaning! This workshop will help you find where you are stuck and explore your possibilities. Join us for an afternoon of art through body sculpting, movement and energetic clearing.
Body Sculpting blends art and movement to address healing and/or desires you want to explore.
Movement will be co-facilitated by Kristie and JoAnn.

What participants had to say about the September 2012 Body Sculpting Workshop:
Samantha Moll, Salt Lake City, UT
“My best memory that I took away with me from the Body Sculpting Workshop was
the visualization process. I found the drawing exercise of how I felt at
that moment to drawing how I wanted to feel the most powerful experience. I
was drawn to the color orange in all my drawings which related so well to my
physical being at that particular time and still does. I also walked away
with the affirmation that other women with powerful souls are working
through their daily struggles just like me. The unity was amazing...”
Stefi Carpenter, Denver, CO
“Negative feelings such as inadequacy, fear, frustration, hate, or being anxious are stored in a personal file cabinet called my brain.
This class allowed me to access those files and give them dimensional form.
Using live models and an array of art supplies I expressed my dark hidden secrets to the world. It was very powerful to visually see myself through the artwork I created. The feedback from the class was inspirational and thought provoking. It was a very safe, warm, and supportive group, with some sharing similar angst in their lives.
Expressing my anxieties in an artful way, gave me a different perspective and produced "relief" even as my feelings were being exposed. Something magical happens when you step outside the internal self and visualize your pain.
The end of this project "flips" to focus on positive, uplifting, encouraging thoughts and expressing them in a similar fashion.
I was surprised at the power of this lesson, and left the class feeling joyful and light.”
