Start your Saturday routine with Nia 5 Stages and get into your body in a whole new way. Nia 5 Stages is a stand-alone 30 minute class or the perfect warm up before Nia 8.30-9.30 a.m. You'll step into Nia class and out into life feeling deliciously embodied and connected.
Knee Pads provided and beginners are very welcome! Until 19 December 2015. From 9 January 2016
The Nia 5 Stages is an integrative movement practice based on the five stages of human development: embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking. These stages have the power to facilitate optimal alignment and improved function in the body. When practiced at length or for as little as five minutes per day, this system provides you with the tools for reclaiming and sustaining mobility, flexibility, strength, agility and stability.
