עדי גורן, ניה חגורה חומה, ילידת הארץ. אדריכלית במקצועה, מורת ניה במשרה מלאה בהווה. השתתפה בניה אינטנסיב חגורה לבנה עם המאמנת קט'י וולסטנהולמס בפברואר 2006 בקייפטאון, דרא"פ.  בקייץ 2006 החלה ללמד ניה במועדון הכושר הולמס פלייס ברעננה ובסתו פתחה קבוצות פרטייות במרכז הקהילתי של המושב רמות השבים.

עדי הפיקה את קורס הכשרת המורות לשיטה - ניה אינטנסיב חגורה לבנה, לראשונה בישראל ב 2008 ושנית במאי 2009. השתתפה באינטנסיב חגורה לבנה שלוש פעמים, פעמיים בחגורה הכחולה בהנחיית המאמנת אן כריסטיאנסן בקייפטאון ובלונדון. ביוני 2009 השתתפה באינטנסיב חגורה חומה עם יוצרי השיטה באורגון, פורטלנד.

עדי מגישה שיעורי ניה וסדנאות בישראל ומפיקה סדנאות ניה ברחבי הארץ בשיתופי פולה עם מורות ניה ואנשים בתחום התנועה. 

Adi Goren, Nia Brown Belt, born and lives in Israel. An architect by training, now a full time Nia teacher. completed her WB training with Kathy Wolstenholmes in Feb  2006, Cape Town SA. Began teaching Nia at Holmes Place and initiated her own classes in the local community centre in Ramot Hashavim.

Adi produced Israel's 1st WB Intensive Training with Casey Bernstein in Feb 2008 and in May 2009. She reviewed her WB with Casey twice and flew to SA for the Blue Belt Intensive in Cape Town, with Ann Christiansen in Feb 2008. In December 2008 she review the Blue Belt in London with Ann. Adi regularly promotes Nia in festivals and public events in Israel.
